USDŦ · USD PAY AI

Built independently. Designed for utility.

Our goal is to explore practical token-based access to AI products and services. We are developing our own AI initiatives and exploring potential integrations with external technology teams.

Our mission

Build a transparent foundation for potential AI-related token use cases.

◎

Independent governance

USDŦ is presented as an independent initiative. No affiliation with Tether is claimed.

✦

Development-first approach

AI products and commercial integrations are goals under exploration, not live services.

Mission and operating principles

We focus on a practical, transparent path from research to product utility.

Our mission

USDŦ aims to explore whether an independent digital token can serve as an optional payment and access method for AI-enabled tools, analytics and automation. The value proposition must be demonstrated through working products rather than marketing claims.

We intend to publish product availability, supported networks, pricing terms and known limitations before inviting users to rely on a specific service.

What independence means

The project is not a product, subsidiary, sponsored initiative or endorsed offering of Tether, USDT or any other token issuer. Similar letters in a ticker must not be interpreted as affiliation.

USDŦ does not claim a US-dollar peg, guaranteed redemption or fiat reserves.

How we make decisions

New features will be evaluated against technical feasibility, security, user demand, cost and applicable legal requirements. Public commitments should be made only when deliverables and evidence exist.

Our current stage

The public-facing initiative is in a documentation and development-planning stage. AI integrations, exchange listings and commercial partnerships should be treated as targets until independently confirmed.

How we intend to earn trust

Trust comes from evidence and consistent disclosures.

Verifiable contracts

We provide blockchain explorer links so visitors can inspect contract addresses directly. Token metadata must be checked independently for each chain.

Documented changes

Material updates to the token, product roadmap or project policies should be dated and explained in a public change log.

Responsible claims

We do not represent exploratory discussions as signed partnerships or a planned exchange application as an approved listing.

Open questions

Token allocation, supply classification, TRON naming differences and integration specifications require further verification and will be updated when supported by evidence.
