Email support@usdpayai.com with a concise technical description. Do not share private keys, seed phrases or sensitive personal information. There is currently no funded bug-bounty reward program.

Verify the address

Compare the complete contract address on a trusted blockchain explorer. Similar names, icons or shortened addresses are not proof of authenticity.

Never share credentials

No legitimate support interaction should require your wallet seed phrase, private key or one-time security code.

Treat approvals carefully

Review spender addresses and token allowances before signing. Revoke unnecessary permissions using tools you independently trust.

Understand network risks

A token transfer can be irreversible. Check the blockchain, destination address, network fees and token identity before confirming.

Reporting a vulnerability

Responsible disclosure is encouraged; no reward program is currently announced.

What to report

Include the affected page or component, reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and potential impact. Avoid including private keys or other users’ personal information.

Safe testing

Do not access other users’ accounts, disrupt services, exfiltrate data or perform destructive tests. Request authorization before intrusive testing.
