Executive summary

USDŦ is an independent digital token initiative exploring practical payment and access mechanisms for AI-enabled digital services. The project intends to develop its own AI capabilities and evaluate integrations with third-party providers. These objectives do not imply that a production AI platform or partner integration is currently operational.

This whitepaper describes the project thesis, publicly referenced blockchain contracts, proposed utility architecture, disclosure framework, execution roadmap, and material risks. It is a project specification and disclosure document, not a promise of returns or an offer of guaranteed services.

Problem and opportunity

AI products are commonly sold through subscriptions, credits or conventional payment processors. Token-based settlement may eventually offer an additional method for accounting for digital service usage, cross-platform access and automated workflows, subject to usability, regulation, fees and adoption.

USDŦ does not claim to solve payment interoperability today. The initial goal is to research where token-based payment creates measurable advantages over existing methods.

03 / 16

Vision and mission

The long-term vision is an independent AI-oriented ecosystem in which USDŦ may be used for eligible services such as analysis, automation and digital research. Development priorities include transparency, user comprehension, practical utility and measured deployment.

The USDŦ project is separate from Tether and USDT. The name does not indicate dollar redemption, fiat reserves, issuer backing or price stability.

04 / 16

Token identity and supported networks

The project currently references an Ethereum ERC-20 contract at 0x36Aa1e496B7EBEe2dBF854F0485D908F5764e2cC and a TRON TRC-20 contract at TEhXmFxTV1g7Ba56q9VLT78YKhQvrtxyd2. Each chain has independent state, transaction fees and explorer metadata.

Previously observed explorer metadata showed approximately 499 billion units and 18 decimals on Ethereum, and 3 billion units and 6 decimals on TRON. The TRON explorer previously displayed the token as UDST rather than USDŦ. These observations are not an independently verified on-chain audit and must not be interpreted as synchronized or bridged supply.

05 / 16

Proposed technical architecture

A future AI payment integration could comprise a service catalogue, user account or wallet verification, price quotation, chain-aware transaction validation, confirmation handling and service entitlement. The exact transaction flow, smart contracts and back-end architecture remain subject to design and testing.

A token transfer alone must not be represented as proof of a service purchase unless an authorized application verifies the recipient, network, amount, finality and order reference. The project does not currently claim to operate a live payment gateway.

06 / 16

Proposed utility

Potential uses include payment for future AI analysis requests, automation tasks, access to research features and selected digital products. Availability, pricing and supported networks will be disclosed separately for each released product.

Holding USDŦ does not itself grant equity, dividends, governance rights, redemption rights, fixed yield or access to unreleased services. Any future entitlement would require explicit product terms.

07 / 16

Tokenomics and supply disclosures

Tokenomics must distinguish maximum or total supply, circulating supply, issuer-controlled balances, treasury holdings, liquidity, vesting and token distributions. The project has not yet supplied independently verified figures for all these categories; therefore this paper does not invent allocation percentages or a vesting calendar.

The previously observed Ethereum and TRON supplies are reported separately and must not be added into a single unified supply without proof of mint/burn accounting, bridge custody or another documented cross-chain relationship. Prior to exchange or aggregator submissions, the team should publish a dated, source-linked tokenomics statement.

08 / 16

Payments and pricing model

A future product may quote service prices in a reference currency and calculate the required USDŦ amount using a disclosed conversion method. This model is conceptual: no price oracle, payment processor, exchange-rate policy or settlement guarantee has yet been announced.

Because token market prices may fluctuate, users must be shown the applicable quotation, expiry, network fees and refund policy before any paid service is activated.

09 / 16

AI product development

The team intends to investigate an internal AI platform focused on practical digital assistance, analysis and workflow automation. Planned workstreams include requirements, prototype evaluation, privacy controls, model-provider selection, quality assurance and controlled pilots.

No claims are made about a proprietary foundation model, completed training infrastructure, production release, model performance benchmarks or commercial user numbers. Such information will be published only when evidenced.

10 / 16

External integrations and outreach

The project is exploring discussions with participants in blockchain and AI technology, including potential service providers. Mention of an organization in project discussions does not mean that it has agreed to a partnership, endorsed USDŦ or accepted the token as payment.

Named partnerships, memoranda of understanding and product integrations will be announced only after appropriate confirmation and permission to publish.

11 / 16

Roadmap and listing strategy

Phase 1 (initial 0–3 months, indicative): finalize official web documentation, verify contract metadata and tokenomics, establish official support channels, publish legal disclosures, and prepare a CoinMarketCap listing application when eligibility criteria are met. This is an intention to apply, not a claim of submission or acceptance.

Phase 2 (approximately months 3–5 and beyond, conditional): evaluate eligibility and documentation for Coinbase and other platforms, and submit applications only if technical, market, legal and platform-specific requirements are met. Coinbase access, exchange listing and timing are entirely subject to independent platform decisions.

Phase 3 (ongoing): prototype AI use cases, test potential integrations, publish evidence-backed milestones and refine the ecosystem according to user needs and regulatory constraints. All target windows may shift.

12 / 16

Security and operational controls

Priorities include contract and metadata verification, secure access management, transaction monitoring, incident response procedures, phishing awareness and clear official-channel identification. Independent audits should be commissioned where appropriate; no audit is claimed here.

Users should never disclose private keys or seed phrases and should independently verify the contract address on the correct blockchain before sending funds.

13 / 16

Governance and transparency

Project decisions currently depend on the operating team; no on-chain DAO or binding token-holder voting system is claimed. Future governance proposals, if any, would be documented before implementation.

The team aims to publish versioned documents, dated progress updates, material contract changes and clear distinctions between objectives, development work and live services.

14 / 16

Legal and regulatory considerations

Regulatory treatment of crypto-assets, payment activity and AI services differs across jurisdictions and may change. Nothing in this paper represents a determination that USDŦ is lawful, licensed or approved in any country. Users and operators must assess applicable laws.

USDŦ is independent of Tether Limited, Tether Operations Limited and USDT. It is not a Tether product, does not claim a 1:1 US dollar peg, does not promise redemption for fiat and does not claim cash or equivalent reserves.

15 / 16

Material risk factors

Risks include loss of token value, limited or absent liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network congestion and fees, operational errors, custody compromise, fraud, regulatory changes, uncertain market adoption and failure to complete planned AI services.

CoinMarketCap, Coinbase and other third parties make their own decisions. Applications can be delayed or rejected. No listing, return, price floor, market depth, buyback or future functionality is guaranteed.

Technical appendix · proposed payment lifecycle

A conceptual implementation blueprint for future engineering work, not a live system.

Quote creation and validation

A merchant backend would create an order identifier, choose an accepted network, quote the payable token amount and define a quote expiry. The system should record the exchange-rate source and any fees. Users would see the exact token contract and receiving address before authorization.

On-chain reconciliation

A verifier would compare observed token transfer events against the order record, reject wrong-network and wrong-token transfers, apply a defined confirmation threshold and prevent duplicate fulfillment. Unexpected transfers require a published support procedure.

Service delivery

Once settlement is confirmed, the service would grant access to the purchased AI task, issue an auditable delivery record and provide clear support if the task fails. Payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.

Control and incident response

Production deployment would require role-based access, secret isolation, monitoring, rollback plans and an incident escalation process. The project must publish its actual implementation and limitations before describing this blueprint as operational.
